- Nutrition Education Program
a collaboration with the University of
Minnesota Extension Service

The Minnesota Extension Services provides "nutrition and food budgeting education to people with limited resources, so they can learn to use their food resources wisely," according to their website. "Nutrition Education often provides an important first step towards self-sufficiency."
- Project H.E.A.L. (Health Education Access Link) offers FREE HEALTH
Screenings in conjunction with CentraCare's Mid-Minnesota Family Medicine Center/St. Cloud Hospital Clinic.
First Wednesday 9 - 10:30 a.m.
Volunteers from Mid-Minnesota Family Practice Center and local congregations conduct the screenings.
