Meeting affordable, transitional, special housing needs of individuals and families
Catholic Charities conducts various housing activities across Central Minnesota for the benefit of persons with housing challenges. The agency provides affordable housing at 15 locations in 12 communities as well as transitional housing services in St. Cloud to referring social service agencies:
- Affordable Housing.
- Special-needs Housing.
- Transitional Housing. If you are a referral agency or social worker
