Catholic Charities Housing Management Services provides professional services
to the landlords and tenants of low and moderate-income housing complexes
across Central Minnesota. Our management team places an emphasis on respect
for the human dignity of the individuals, families, senior citizens, and
persons with disabilities who occupy
these rental properties. In some cases, Catholic Charities advocates for
and facilitates the delivery of add-on support services for tenants, especially
the elderly and minorities. We are committed to keeping our apartments:

High eligibility standards for affordable housing
Catholic Charities understands that an apartment building or complex is a community, home to people of diverse backgrounds and expectations. So, high standards are placed on those who desire to make a lease agreement. Each apartment complex has its particular income and eligibility requirements. However, potential screenings may include:
- Rental history
- Credit history
- Criminal history
- Employment verification or other regular income (Disability, Social Security, other)
- Income eligibility requirements
