Catholic Charities Legal Immigration services intentionally seeks to carry Catholic Charities mission of inclusiveness to the immigrant population of Central Minnesota.

We are a Board of Immigration Appeals recognized agency, Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) accredited representatives have completed extensive training in the area of immigration law and are qualified to provide legal advice and representation for a wide variety of issues. Cathoilc Charities of the Diocese of St. Cloud is an agency recognized by BIA to practice immigration law.

Situations outside of the program's areas of expertise will be referred to other qualifed providers.

We offer advice and assistance with issues including (but not limited to) the process of immigrating to the U.S., immigration documents, family petitions, naturalization, work permits, replacement of permanent resident cards and inquiries for status of cases at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

In addition to providing legal advice, we promote dialogue in our community about immigration issues, myths and realities.

We welcome volunteers and service learning projects. We promote integration and civic participation for all.
