A collaborative service for adolescents with chemical dependency issues

Catholic Charities St. Cloud Children's Home has been providing shelter service to students enrolled in the Outpatient Recovery Plus Program at the St. Cloud Hospital since February 3, 2003. The collaboration has worked well for both agencies.  The students from this program join the SCCH programming from 4:15 p.m. until 8:15 a.m and all day on the weekends. This specialized programming fulfills a need for the outpatient program to offer a shelter environment for students whose homes are far away or for students who require a structured and therapeutic environment through the course of outpatient treatment. 

Referrals to this service are made to the Recovery Plus program at Clara's House at 320-229-4950.
