Joan Collins-Marotte - Ed.D. / M.S.,L.P. / C.R.C.
Director Of Caritas Family Services
Joan Collins-Marotte is the Director of Caritas Family Services. Joan graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Doctoral degree in Leadership, Policy and Administration. She is a Master’s level licensed psychologist and a certified rehabilitation counselor with 18 years of experience as a therapist/administrator in the mental health system. Prior to her current position, Joan worked as the Program Director for an adolescent residential treatment facility.
Dr. Collins-Marotte specializes in outcome research, professional boundaries, and mandated reporting laws.
Terrance Peterson - Ph.D. / L.P.
Clinical Director
Dr. Terrance Peterson is a Licensed Psychologist and holds a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He also completed a post-doctoral internship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Minnesota. He has provided clinical services in a variety of mental health settings over the past 30 years. Dr. Peterson is a professor in the department of Counselor Education and Educational Psychology at St. Cloud State University, and has spoken to state and national audiences on topics related to mental health illness.
Dr. Peterson specializes in counseling adolescents and their families, couples, and adult men.
Ann Kooiker - M.D.
Psychiatrist
Dr. Ann Kooiker is a Licensed Psychiatrist. She received her undergraduate degree and medical degree from the University of Iowa Medical School. She completed her residency in general psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Kooiker is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry. She has an office in Big Lake and has hospital privileges at both Monticello Hospital and St. Cloud Hospital.
Specializing in psychiatric services to adults referred to her through the Caritas Mental Health Clinic.
Charlotte Dokken - Psy.D. / L.P.
Charlotte Dokken holds a doctorate degree in psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology and is licensed as a
psychologist in the State of Minnesota. She has worked as a psychologist in St. Cloud for the past six years, and previously worked as a social worker in the western part of Minnesota.
Dokken's practice focuses on children and their families, helping clients deal with depression, anxiety, family problems, behavioral problems, self-esteem issues, divorce adjustment, and school problems. Dokken also works with many adult needs and is especially interested in women's issues.
Mike Rydberg - M.S.W. / L.I.C.S.W.
Mike Ryberg holds a Master’s in Counseling degree from the University of North Dakota and is licensed as an Independent Clinical Social Worker. He worked for 15 years as an In-Home Therapist and Clinical Super-visor at Catholic Charities In-Home Family Services. His practice includes individual, marital, and family therapy. Mike is a facilitator for the Men’s Domestic Abuse group.
Specializing in marriage and family issues, parenting, anger management, and grief and loss issues. Mike brings a spiritual element to therapy, and builds upon assets and strengths in seeking solutions.
Mary Jo Phillips - M.S.
Mary Jo Phillips is a mental health professional with six years of experience in the mental health field. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Cloud State University.
Specializing in counseling adults, children, families, couples, relational issues, pre-marriage and re-marriage, assessments, eating disorders, and victims of abuse.
Fr. Pat Riley - L.M.F.T.
Fr. Patrick Riley is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling from the University of Dubuque. He has been a counselor at the Caritas Mental Health Clinic for over 30 years. He was instrumental in beginning the Caritas Men’s Domestic Abuse Therapy Program and continues to be a co-facilitator of the primary treatment program as well as the facilitator of the Aftercare Support Group.
Specializing in Pastoral counseling with adults and with adult males dealing with domestic violence issues.
Mary Fran Reichenberger - M.S.W. / L.I.C.S.W.
Mary Fran Reichenberger is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Mary Fran holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Interpersonal Practice from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Specializing in counseling with children, adolescents, and adults.
Kathryn J. Woodruff - B.S.W. / L.S.W.
Kathryn Woodruff is a Licensed Social Worker with over 40 years of counseling experience. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from St. Cloud State University.
Specializing in group work with violent adolescents and adult males. Assists families and children ages 6-13 cope with school issues, behaviors, and family dynamics.
Cheryl Bounds-Spellacy - M.A. / L.P.
Cheryl Bounds-Spellacy, MA, is a Licensed Psychologist with 22 years of experience in the mental health field. She is a graduate of St. Mary’s University of Minnesota with a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services.
Specializing in work with children and adolescents with ADHD, and other behavioral and emotional difficulties, including stress and depression. Cheryl also provides psychotherapeutic counseling for adults with conduct disorders and serious mental illnesses.
Cheryl is available full-time to serve clients in Little Falls at St. Gabriels Hospital.
Randy Johnson - M.D.I.V. / L.M.F.T.
Randy Johnson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He holds a Master’s Degree of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling from Bethel Theological Seminary and served as a pastor for 15 years. He later completed graduate coursework in marriage and family counseling at St. Cloud State University. Randy also holds a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota and teaches college-level ethics and business ethics courses.
Assists individuals, couples, and families, using a family-systems approach. Specializing in marriage enrichment, parenting and co-parenting, anger management, and grief counseling.
