We know we should - but how?

 

The Healthy Eating for Successful Living® workshop is for people who want to learn more about nutrition and how lifestyle changes can promote better health. The program stresses heart and bone healthy nutrition strategies that are important to preventing or managing most chronic health conditions and help maintain or improve wellness and independence. You'll get the knowledge skills and support you need to make better nutrition and exercise choices. The difference can reduce your risk of disease and improve your everyday quality of life.

Registration is now beign accepted for class starting June 22 at Guardian Angels 350 Evans Avenue NW, Elk River, Minnesota.

All sessions are 6 week sessions.

Funding provided in part through the Central Minnesota Council on Aging as part of a grant from the Administration on Aging and the Otto Bremer Foundation. Licensing provided through the Minnesota Department of Health.
