Holiday Toys

Each year, Catholic Charities is proud to partner with the Marine Corps League, Valhalla Detachment to provide holiday toys to youngsters in conjunction with their Toys for Tots program.
Parents and guardians are asked to pre-register their children for this program at Catholic Charities Emergency Services.  Donations of new, unwrapped toys are appreciated. Volunteers over the age of 18 are welcome.
If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 16 years, who will not otherwise receive Christmas gifts, you may register for your child to receive gifts.
  • You must live in one of the following communities: St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, St. Augusta, Waite Park, St. Joseph, St. Stephen, Rice, Eden Valley, Watkins, and Kimball.
  • You must register in person at Catholic Charities Emergency Services during program hours:  Mondays from 9-6, Wednesdays from 9-7, Thursdays from 1-4 and Fridays from 9-12.
  • We ask that you to agree to use only this holiday program, so that the generosity of the community may be shared with as many people as possible.
At pre-registration, you will schedule an appointment date and time to return to select the gifts for your child/children.  We ask that you honor this appointment time as up to 15 households are scheduled every 15 minutes on distribution days.
If this is this is your first time using Catholic Charities Emergency Services, please bring:
  • Identification for everyone in your household. This could include a driver’s license, state-issued ID card, social security card, medical insurance card or birth certificate.
  • Proof of address for each adult in your household. This could include a utility bill or a piece of mail addressed to you at your current address (not junk mail.) A driver’s license or other identification card may NOT be used as proof of your current address.
If you have used any of Catholic Charities Emergency Services in the last year, you will be asked to provide only your picture ID to register.
Catholic Charities Holiday Toys are distributed annually in the month of December.
In 2014 the Holiday Toys Distribution dates are December 16th, 18th and 23rd.

Donations of new, unwrapped toys may be delivered directly to Catholic Charities Emergency Services at 157 Roosevelt Road, St. Cloud, MN – donation door D or at any Toys for Tots drop box located throughout the communities served by the program.
Volunteers are needed each year to assist with toy distribution. Contact Chad at 320.229.4568 to volunteer. Volunteers must be over 18 years of age.
