01 · Emergency Services
Emergency Services Volunteer Opportunities
Emergency Services in St. Cloud includes the Food Shelf, Basic Everyday Essentials, and Financial Assistance. We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities, both client-facing and behind-the-scenes, and we will work with you to find a role that best fits your interests, skills, and availability.
Court-ordered community service hours may be completed through Emergency Services for individuals 18 years of age or older.
02 · Senior Nutrition
Senior Nutrition Volunteer Opportunities
Catholic Charities provides Senior Dining and Meals on Wheels services at more than 40 locations throughout the Diocese of St. Cloud. Volunteers play an important role in supporting our nutrition services.
Opportunities may include:
- Delivering Meals on Wheels
- Assisting with food preparation in kitchens
- Setting up dining sites before meals
- Serving meals to participants
- Cleaning up after meals
- Providing clerical and administrative support
Volunteer opportunities vary by location and may not be available at every site.
03 · Foster Grandparents
Foster Grandparent Program
Catholic Charities Central Minnesota Foster Grandparent Program brings children and seniors together at schools and non-profit organizations throughout the Diocese of St. Cloud. Foster Grandparents have the ability to use their time, skills and experience to help children learn. Foster Grandparents give eight to 40 hours of service weekly or a minimum of 260 hours to a maximum of 2080 hours annually.
04 · Toys for Tots
Toys for Tots Volunteer Opportunities
Interested in helping make the holidays brighter for local families? Volunteers are needed throughout the Toys for Tots season to assist with in-person registration and toy distribution.
