Hiring Process


Catholic Charities application and hiring process is designed to identify candidates most suited to the job by virtue of education, training, relevant experience, skill and competence in the required role. We also consider recommendations of peers and former employers, registration, licensing or certification requirements, and commitment to the principles and values of our organization. We make an effort to recruit a workforce that reflects our community and those we serve, and is sensitive to the cultural and socio-economic characteristics of our clients.


After your application is submitted, our Human Resources Department will pre-screen all applications, and forward qualified candidates to the hiring manager for consideration. The interview process for each position varies slightly. If you are not selected for a position you applied for, you will not be notified until after the position has been filled.
