How to Schedule an Appointment
Current Customers
If you’ve used our services in the past three years you can schedule your visits online once you have contacted us to add or enable an email address on your PantrySoft account and we sent you a link to create your own password. Once your account is activated, you can login and schedule your visit.
o You may only schedule one Food Shelf and one Basic Everyday Essentials visit per calendar month. If you are not able to keep your appointment, please log in and edit or cancel the appointment prior to your appointment time or you will be locked out of the current month’s calendar and not able to reschedule.
o If you were unable to edit or cancel prior to the appointment time, please call our appointment line at 320.229.4567 for staff to remove the appointment on your behalf so that you can again view the calendar.
- If you have questions, please call us at 320.229.4567 or stop by during program hours so we can assist you. You can also email IntakeES@ccstcloud.org.
- Arriving late for your appointment check-in time will forfeit your appointment, but you may still sign up as a walk-in. (See walk-in information below.)
New Customers
If you or anyone in your household has never used our services before, you can choose one of the following options:
o Complete an online registration by clicking the Schedule Appointment button, then click Sign Up on the following PantrySoft page.
- You will not be able to schedule a visit until our staff has viewed your online registration to check for any existing accounts. Once your registration is cleared, we will activate your account and notify you by email. You will then be able to schedule your visit when you log in.
o Call our appointment line at 320-229-4567, speak clearly, and leave your name and phone number for us to return your call.
o Come as a walk-in and our intake volunteers will complete your registration paperwork in person. Our staff will email your password link once your paperwork has been processed. Please watch for an email from noreply@PantrySoft.
If you do not have an email address, please call our appointment messaging line at 320-229-4567 and leave your name and number for us to assist you over the phone.

Senior Dining
Being a senior today looks very different than it did just a decade ago. However, two things remain the same: seniors want to stay healthy, and they want to live independently. Catholic Charities Senior Dining supports these goals by providing nutritious, noon-hour meals to individuals aged 60 and older who are at high nutritional and income risk—particularly those living at or below the poverty line and in need of nutritional support.
