Affordable Housing Services

 

  • Please call to make an appointment to meet with Affordable Housing staff.
  • We are accepting walk-ins for rent drop off only.

 

Behavioral Health Clinic

 

  • Therapists are available for same-day, in-person diagnostic assessments and can also be scheduled in advance.
  • Telebehavioral health is available for psychiatric services (telephone) and for those who have a current diagnostic assessment with a therapist (video face-to-face and telephone) at the Behavioral Health Clinic. 
  • The Men’s Domestic Abuse Intervention Program groups will be conducted electronically during their regularly scheduled times via Zoom, effective November 16, 2020.

 

Day Treatment Program – Elk River

 

  • Day Treatment – Elk River has resumed full programming, providing morning and afternoon programming, Monday through Fridays. Telehealth services are available at family request but most services are in-person using COVID safety measures. Currently, we have openings across age groups (age 12-18). Day Treatment Program – St. Cloud

 

  • Day Treatment – St. Cloud: please call 320.650.1849 for all current questions, inquiries or information. This number is answered during program hours and will guarantee next day phone calls after program hours.
  • Currently all of our group services are in-person, following CDC COVID-19 safety guidelines. Family services and client meetings remain virtual. We are accepting referrals at this time. Please contact Susan Hill at 320.650.1593 for inquiries.

 

Emergency Services

 

  • If looking for Meals on Wheels, please scroll down to Senior Dining.
  • Food Delivery Option: Emergency Services will triage requests for a monthly pre-packed food relief serve to homebound individuals. Please contact our Emergency Services Coordinator at 320.229.4410 for eligibility and coordination of this service. We will provide as available.
  • Catholic Charities Emergency Services is open for food distribution. Households will receive a monthly pre-packed food relief serve on Mondays from 1PM to 4PM, Wednesdays from 3PM to 7PM and Fridays from 9AM to 12PM. Please contact Emergency Services at 320.229.4560 if needing to receive an additional serve in the month.
  • Seniors (60+): A monthly pre-packed food relief serve will be available the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 1PM to 3PM. In partnership with Catholic Charities Senior Dining, frozen meals will be available to those registered with Senior Dining during this time.
  • Distribution is provided through a walk-up service model; no appointment needed. Masks must be worn. Social distancing precautions must be taken. Individuals must be at least six feet apart from one another while on premises. We request one individual at a time approach the distribution table. 
  • The Mobile Food Shelf will continue as scheduled*, distributing a pre-packed monthly food relief serve. (* End time is subject to change due to demand.)
  • We are accepting food donations during limited hours through a drop-off model on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 12:30PM and 1:30PM at the loading area of 157 Roosevelt Rd, St. Cloud, Door D (back of building). Please do not leave donations outside our doors. Donations must be collected and weighed by Catholic Charities staff to ensure food safety standards and inventory tracking.   • We are currently accepting clothing and household donations.

Financial and Housing Counseling

 

  • We are currently accepting in-person MNsure appointments. To make an appointment, call Julie at 320.207.6765.

Foster Grandparent Program

 

  • Foster Grandparents are now serving at some locations and in limited roles at this time.

 

DD/SPMI Group Homes / St. Elizabeth’s Board and Lodge

 

  • Program services unchanged.

 

Homeless Youth Outreach Program

 

  • Services are continuing with safety measures in place.

 

HOPE Community Support Program

 

  • HOPE is available for scheduled appointments, referrals and intakes. The Drop-In Center is open to clients by appointment only. COVID-19 guidelines are in place. Please call 320-240-3324.

In-Home Program

 

  • Client services continue, Client Activity Program (CAP) cancelled until further notice.

 

SAIL (Support and Advocacy for Independent Living)

 

  • The SAIL program has been closed permanently.

 

Senior Dining (Congregate Dining and Meals on Wheels)

 

  • All Congregate sites have suspended congregate dining and moved to Take Out/Pick Up of 1 hot, 6 Frozen meals. All Home Delivered Meal sites have moved to a combination of hot and frozen meals. Clients may receive up to 7 meals per week. Mobile Food Shelf Units are located in: North Branch, St Cloud, Cambridge, Rush City, Pine City, Hinckley, Sandstone, Onamia, Princeton, and Wright County. Food Shelf Distribution on designated days in St. Cloud, Princeton, Rush City and Mora. SHY (Supportive Housing for Youth)

 

  • Services are being offered but may be limited to phone and social media.

Young Learners Program

 

  • Full programming with a slightly lower census. Groups run Monday through Fridays from 12:30PM - 3:30PM. Telehealth services are available for Family Therapy, but most services are on-site using COVID safety measures.
